These are great suggestions that seem so obvious but can easily be overlooked because we do what we have always done with the people we have access to. I will have my team start focusing on these things right away!

Great video. Very helpful. We like to get to the decision makers but sometimes it’s tough to get through the gate keeper. We’ve suggested to our sales force to use a resource that they already have. Someone that already has access to these decision makers. We sell to an industry that has sales people that sell products that go hand in hand with our product. So a lot of times we can team up with these sales people to get a meeting with these decision makers and give a presentation to them. It’s a win-win because we get in front of the top decision makers and the sales people from the other industry look like heroes because they helped their customer with another product that gives them results.
I always enjoy and appreciate what you have to say. Our issues have more to do with competing against imported product with prices we cannot and will not match. Our quality is superior but that’s hard to sell. Isn’t it?
